The short way from Verona centre to lovely Montorio - and the beautiful hill, on which to find this diamond of a restaurant - is more than worth it! I'm not vegetarian but the excellent and unique dishes of Agriturismo Dongili make me consider it: Never before have I had vegetarian food of this creativity and extraordinariness; obviously prepared with passionate love, aesthetically decorated as well as served in this genuine and welcoming family-lead restaurant. The traditional atmosphere and peaceful landscape perfectly frame the culinary occasion and provide you the ultimate Italian 'la dolce vita'-experience; surrounded by natives rather than tourists. From the depths of my heart: I recommend Agriturismo Dongili to anyone interested in marvellous kitchen in an authentic flair - no matter if vegetarian or not!
