Nice sandwich shop in the center of Castagneto Carducci. The takeaway service was functional and fast, the on-site service was slow. There are about six take-away sandwiches, far too few (€5/approx.) and there are not many condiments (both for vegetarians and "omnivores"). The big flaw is the pieces of coarse salt on the flatbread: really annoying. Very interesting. The idea of making cocktails on site both for takeaway and for consumption on site.
