Un personnel conciliant attend les clients tout au long de l'année. Un service à cet endroit est énorme. Une atmosphère décontractée a été remarquée par les clients. Mais ce café n'a pas obtenu un score élevé de la part des utilisateurs de Google.

All very good, considering that the other times we have been there we have appreciated everything. Unfortunately tonight, Saturday 10 February, when we arrived at 8pm we were told that the aperitif was over. You could only drink but the kitchen was busy for events. I would say that at 8pm there is still aperitif time! We left with a huge disappointment. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I'll start by saying that I never received a response; This email is to point out the inconvenience caused last night by my birthday party. Everything was literally disorganized and not in accordance with the agreements made I expected quality and I chose your place for this reason. I found myself paying an exaggeration for the cocktails, as a first agreement (see previous email) I was listed a series of appetizers on a sheet of paper (which among other things was missing the cheese platter with jams because there were 3 pieces and stop and plus heated and dried pizzas) and I asked if we could add a cocktail to the menu that I would have paid for. First of all it was confirmed to me that it was possible for 5 euros more without any clarification, so for me and for any human being an extra cocktail is per person and of your choice. After confirming and giving the deposit this choice turned into jugs. So it would be more intelligent and less clever to say that the carafe is valid for 7 people for example and costs a certain amount. (To be precise, you made me pay 60 euros per carafe for 12 people!!!!) I found myself at the buffet with the girl who served a spritz and gin. Spritz and gin should be served (without ice) at least half a glass.. it is not sparkling.. The second round (which wasn't even asked of me) I still thought was the first given the quantity of the first...... So I paid 10 euros for a spritz and a gin each. I find this a complete mockery for being nice and saying nothing else. I was told I was closed from midnight or even after midnight. At 11pm you started cleaning and all my guests felt kicked out. This too was not in the agreement. Furthermore, you told me to take the cake there or bring it from outside that there was no problem, and there too there were questions after questions about the cake and about not being able to serve and eat it. Which then would only have been a container for the gift. This is not done on a birthday. I thank the waiter and the young girl who were really nice and super helpful. For the rest, unfortunately not. I'm really disappointed. I am responding to your response here (because I have no way to do so under yours) which has nothing to do with an apology but has only managed to denigrate what? Having behaved too well towards you? Have you paid for everything? Is this acting like a child? What filth have we left behind? Two balloons? Congratulations for the lack of professionalism, your answer says it all.
