We came to celebrate a birthday, a group of 11 people including children, the place was pretty empty at first, and despite that the service was terribly slow, for example we only got drinks after all the dishes came out, which took a long time. We wanted to order chips and they said there were none and suddenly chips arrived (a pleasant surprise) they brought us one different dish from what we ordered even though we made sure several times about the dish, everything had to remind the waiters several times. When the bill arrived and we went over it, we saw 3 mistakes on the bill for dishes that we didn't order at all, the value of the mistake is about NIS 170. From the moment we asked to correct the mistake until a new bill arrived and that's even after we remembered how many waiters it took a few minutes. In our experience it would seem as if we were disturbing them. The highlight for me was when I asked a waitress to open the accessible exit (which for some reason is behind a table they were sitting at) for my grandmother who was on a walker and she told me just a moment, went to the computer and just continued to do something else and didn't pay attention, which forced us to take her down the stairs. To sum up the experience, food was absolutely delicious, although in my opinion too expensive. And the service is simply shocking. If it was possible to give 0 to the service, I would because one star is also too much. We have been coming to the restaurant for years and there has always been golden service, amazing food at a high level. Today we were again and were simply shocked. The service was good, but the food is reasonable minus, at a level that anyone can prepare at home, not that tasty and certainly does not justify the exorbitant price (especially the sushi that went down in quality - not fresh rice, dry sushi). The tax soup was delicious, it's just a shame that there was more bowl than soup - 5 spoons and that's it. In such a "prestigious" place, it also makes sense for the waiters to come to us with a tip and that we don't have to get up especially and get to their position. In short, I don't know if the owners have changed, but the place has experienced a drop in quality. We will not return again.
