It's good when cooked right. I've ordered twice from this place and it's been a hit or miss. The second time my shima kebab (minced beef) was cooked rare. I had to panfry to cook. For its value, the flavours are good. Good portions too.

So the meat that was served in the chicken sharwama seemed like that dried fried chicken skin.. a common practice used by most vendors. this set of chicken comes from two containers beside that main rotating grill with juicy meat. I was hungry so I was like that's ok. I ask him if it is beef. he says NO and mocks me. U order chicken shawarma..So why beef.? i brush it off and take a 2 second pause between thoughts to have a bite or not..I then bite and eat it.. all good. definitely not beef. chickenish was the feeling.. Then I see another customer ordering a plate of rice with fresh hot chicken off the grill. Red juicy yummy tasty. I think I keep half eaten shawarma for rest of my biking trip? nice sunny day. Shawarma. Ok ok. I eat I eat. I think. Or me keep half for me better half. I request guy at the counter.. please can I get a plate of the same thing..fresh juicy chicken me like. and also add a plate of falafel balls to go. She on keto? No just dieting. I remind him again fresh chicken off the grill please.. just like that customer. I keep saying..take your time. no rush take your time. my phones charging no hurry. Sir ji I wait. 1 min 2 min I watch him. In front of me he take and put dry chicken skin in plate? To my disappointment he serves me the same burnt chicken skin with rice.. and then i complain.. me so sad me so hungry. Me angry no angry. Only hungry. me got money to pay..me like fresh juicy chicken. no he say SPECIAL customer only that. He everyday come. He know boss man. special customer only juicy chicken? I say me a customer too no? I say no? teary eye nooo and walk away. He say You wait? I said I wait I wait.. me like juicy chicken fresh off the grill..spicy please. Me say. I was waiting. but now.. My appetite eat itself. Maybe some day I will be a special customer at this wonderful restaurant. Also one baklava to go. Me sweet tooth. #SurreyBC #BonHungry #GoodEats
