Almost everyone now has their favorite Italian restaurant. After all, we have a lot of good ones out of it. And some are even quite excellent. And STILL there is one very special one - who literally towers over EVERYTHING... Salvo is such an exceptional restaurateur with his Ristorante ADESSO in Echterdingen! There are a number of reasons why this is the case and why taste can no longer be debated once a certain top level has been reached. 1) Modern feel-good atmosphere As soon as you enter the restaurant, the special ambience catches your eye. Not over the top but still classy - above all very comfortable. 2) Unbelievable consistency in adhering to the extraordinary quality levels I have been a guest at ADESSO for twenty years now - at least once a week. Time to finally say 'thank you'. Thank you for this extraordinary gastronomic highlight, which I was able to enjoy here at any time. Because I have NEVER had the slightest complaint about it. During this very, very long time, every dish was served to me at a consistently high level. 3) Modern cuisine with respect for that Groceries I particularly appreciate the way of cooking at ADESSO. The inherent character of the ingredients and food determines the taste here. For example, sauces do not dominate the plate; they simply flavor and underline the products used. Salvo takes meticulous care to only purchase the very best goods. So you notice down to the smallest detail: Here the boss himself is at the pot and pan... As a result, every guest can rest assured that their order has been PERSONALLY prepared by Salvo. And that is exactly what explains the incredible continuity of quality at the absolute top level... And because every culinary delight is first discovered by the eye, I ultimately appreciate the simple but always elegantly prepared plates from Salvo! Of course, the right wines are a must for such exquisite cuisine. The offer ranges from delicious wines at an affordable price to exquisite rarities for special occasions... Summary: No matter whether for a large or small budget - I can only warmly recommend the ADESSO to everyone. If you want to experience a culinary evening of a special class to pamper your palate and senses - this is the right place. It makes no difference whether you order fresh fish, a fantastic meat dish or a plate of pasta with a delicious sauce. After being able to enjoy great dishes at ADESSO for twenty years, this hymn of praise was simply overdue. And so Salvo's guests, myself included, hope that he will stay with us for a long time... Very nice atmosphere and great furnishings with attention to detail. Delicious varied Sicilian cuisine. You are warmly welcomed and feel welcome. The best Italian in the whole area. Definitely recommended.
