Hi Tanuj, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We carefully reviewed the photos attached to your review, and they do not appear to show any food that is burnt. That said, we truly understand how frustrating it can be when an order arrives later than expected. In this case, the delay was unfortunately related to the delivery process through Uber Eats, which is outside of our direct control. We always prepare orders fresh and on time before handing them over to the delivery partner. Your experience still matters to us, and we would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to look into this further and make things right if needed.
