Honestly, super disappointed with the place the past couple times we’ve gone. The service has been horrendous. We’ve had to wait long times just to get a simple burger and fries. The staff are constantly forgetting about the orders or when the order is received it’s the wrong one/missing items or it’s already cold. You can tell that some of the food has been sitting out for a bit, just from the hardness of the cheese and bun. The “frozen” drinks are not at all frozen. Every drink I’ve ever gotten hasn’t been filled up properly either. I completely understand that things can get busy or hectic especially when there’s only ever 2 employees there, but I shouldn’t have to reheat my food or put it back together after getting home. We ordered the chicken wraps and it came with, 1 singular tiny piece of lettuce and not even a teaspoon of sauce, they also forgot the extra sauces we ordered as well Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 3

The front counter staff were rude and not well trained. I had to pay three times for a meal for four people. They missed parts of the meal and made us pay three times to complete one order. This was clearly staff error but instead of owning the mistake and working for the costumer both the cook and front counter staff started to talk over me while I was stating the reason for my frustration. But instead of listening they both talked over me and refused to listen to what I had to say. I have never had to leave an A&W to regain my composer. Absolutely insulting to the customer. I will not come back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$60–70 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
