I am the chef-engineer-partner of ALBA street food and I write in a personal capacity, precisely so as not to involve the other members. It is necessary to respond to the review by the young Luca D'Alessandro on Sunday evening. “I think, young Luca, that things went differently from how you describe them. I think you were part of the group of 15-20 people who improperly occupied our two tables to the south of the restaurant, filling them with trays of fish and chips, food that wasn't ours. At which the undersigned got angry and vented it to his staff, rightly so, also because that same evening he had to collect all the remains of the fried food on the floor, and the next morning there weren't enough liters of bleach. But above all because, next to us, there is a holiday home that is not owned by us, and the group of people "practically" had also improperly occupied and dirtied the door of this holiday home (there are photos of this). However, it remains an outburst with its employees, without absolutely kicking out any of the group, also because we collaborate with friends from the restaurant we are fried, where the group purchased the fried foods that were the subject of the grease on the premises. From my little window I observed the group of young people laughing, fiddling with their cell phones, and, lo and behold, after a while the review appeared. A very kind lady in the group, I must say, however, must have understood, she went back and at least removed the trays from the two tables. To conclude positively: 1- I invite you not to use social media for personalism, because as an intelligent young person, you could lose credibility in the future (moreover, as an engineer, in 4 years, I think I know how to weigh the quantities of fish, and everyone, absolutely everyone, up to now they said the sandwiches are full of fish), 2- If our sandwiches are really disgusting for you, I invite you to come back, because you will be welcome, and I will at least offer you a drink, as we often do with our friends."
