Davide is really creating a secret Italian corner in the Gare area. With Gabriele and Andrea at the oven you can really find the Italian Pizza or Pinza (Neapolitan or Roman version, it’s your choice). The dough rests up to 72 hours and the outcome is a really light product, completes with high quality ingredients (yellow cherry tomatoes from Naples, fresh mozzarella, buffalo mozzarella, burrata, smoked versions, just like back at home).
