Popeyes is a joke. Long lines for what? To finally get to the front to find out they do t have what you were wanting to order. Perhaps they could have put a sign on the menu saying they were currently out of stock? Nope, the manager seemed surprise to have such a suggestion made as it would have caused a bit of extra work and we all know they can barely handle the chicken.

My gf and I decided to try out the new Boston Market that just opened up not that long ago. Besides the service the food was super expensive and disgusting. The chicken avocado club was drenched in sauce and the sandwich itself was bland no flavor what so ever. The Mac and cheese, straight trash. Wrong noodles to begin with, the cheese tasted super bland and as if it was made out of powder. The mashed potatoes were nasty as hell, no salt, no flavor and forget about the nasty watery flavorless gravy. Absolutely do NOT recommend this place at all, save your money and go somewhere else.

The staff is friendly and exceptional at maintaining the food court. The issue is really with the individual businesses. The majority of the time the customer service is substandard and the employees are rude. This is obviously not all encompassing. There are a number of very professional people that work in the food court.
