Having happened by chance in front of this place with the sign showing the certified Roman pinsa, we decided to enter. Immediately welcomed by the owner Ciccio (from Palermo) in a friendly manner, a nice and well-kept place. We chose the first course of baked annelletti and a pinsa. The first with the right balance of flavors; the meat sauce, cheese, peas and aubergines are well mixed, truly EXQUISITE. The pinsa (chosen from the many proposals) richly garnished, well cooked, truly EXCELLENT and very digestible. The chef was also very kind and gave us a very welcome surprise. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
