Years ago I read about the 993 as a new, innovative concept. 9 starters, 9 main courses and 3 deserts, in my opinion a cool, clear package with the hope of higher quality cooking (that's how it was advertised in the article at the time). Now I was invited and had to vote. I made the selection with the idea of finally testing the 993. However, as a sympathizer of better cuisine, you will be surprised when the food is on the table. The prices for pumpkin starter soup around €11 and porcini mushroom ravioli with beef fillet strips €27 give hope that well-designed and calculated dishes will be served. Especially because alternatives with veal or lamb were in the range of €40 or more. The soup was ok, tasted more like umami seasoning than actually like pumpkin. The main course, in my opinion, no homemade ravioli (they all looked the same and therefore probably a good frozen product) was also ok. But unfortunately nothing more. My wine was great. The espresso was extremely good. 3 out of 5 because the service in relation to the kitchen really rounded off the evening. A shop for testing. Others will probably find themselves there more.
