Hello 7 - eleven team !!! I was an employee in your 7 - eleven store in Stratford where i found alot of trouble to work due to the pressure of the manager(Jigar Shah)he used to give more hours to his family member who doesn’t even know to speak English properly and not even the kitchen work although giving more hours. Don’t know i already complained about this thing to the area leader but no response uptill now!!! Yes all the past employees had a complaint this all things but not getting the justice and i also know that my matter will be ignored by the authorities.

Guys on night shift are great glad to have them as part of our community . Always greeting with a hello and a smile .The Manager and his wife are very nice also always there to help , very friendly helpful and make you feel like family Thanks to staff at 7 / 11 always a pleasure .

A couple of days ago, I ordered the food from 7-Eleven on SkiptheDishes. About 10 minutes later, I saw the order status that the skip driver picked up my food. I went to the front door, was waiting. On the map that shows the driver’s location, when the skip driver came very close to my house, the skip driver immediately completed the delivery without delivering my food. I was confused, kept waiting. No car passed by for 5 minutes, nobody stopped by. Turned out, 7-Eleven did not have the food I ordered. They accidentally accepted my order. 7-Eleven did not want to cancel my order(to avoid cancellation penalty), 7-Eleven asked the skip driver to pretend delivering the food. When I found this out, my jaw dropped. It dropped too much, it almost penetrated the Earth’s inner core. What a creative to way to run business.
