I dont know what happened but there used to be a middle aged women who was in management here. When she was here the staff were fast, quick to greet you, helpful and just seemed happy. The last two or so months they have been nothing but slow, unattentive, uncaring and I don't get greeted anymore. They put up signs using receipt paper to say things like "closing early" or "closed" now and just put it on the window. The owners descriptions says they mever close and are 24/7. They need to change both of these because they are incorrect. Today they were closed and it looks like a mess inside. No explanation on why they are closed. The staff are compleatly lacking social skills or any customer service professionalism, they will look at you at the counter and leave to the back without saying anything or letting you know they will be a minute or two. In the last 2 months I've been told "have a good day" once by a girl who I haven't seen again. They have grabbed good with cloves on, given change with the same gloves, then have go food for other people with the same gloves still. Total shame to see this place devolve into an absolutely bad 7-eleven when the people here used to be the best. They will scan items that are 2 for 1 but say "not that flavor" when the sign says they are. *monsters are an example of this happening to me, an original one and 1 sugar free one they said it was over 9.50 when the 7-11 on terminal scanned each item and it applied the deal within two days of each other.* I ended up switching my flavors. Whoever is in management here needs to change there pace. I'm ashamed to say I'm here every other day and to see it get this bad is terrible.
