I loved the food so did my 2 year old. He ate half of the plate at one sitting. The food is best the same day though. Love the people who run the place too. Thank you for a great meal. I don't usually write bad reviews, but I have had two terribly frustrating experiences here now and I will never go back. On my first visit several months ago they forgot my order TWICE and then overcharged me. The menu prices are posted on the wall with pictures, yet they charged me extra. I waited an HOUR for my single falafel plate and didn't bother to argue about being overcharged because I had already waited so long and just wanted to get out of there and eat. I assumed it was just because it was a busy night, so I decided to give it another try tonight. We again had terrible service and I was overcharged AGAIN. The guy just stood around and only cooked one thing at a time. I have never seen anyone work so inefficiently. It took him a full 45 minutes to make a single kebap, 3 burgers, and fries. It's hard to describe how incredibly slowly he was working. Then they overcharged me for the fries despite the fact that the menu is clearly posted on the wall. I can't help but wonder if this is an ongoing scam. The food is mediocre at best. I don't have high expectations for a fast food stand and would have been perfectly happy with mediocre fast food, but this was soooo slow, mediocre, and they overcharged me both times. I haven't been this disappointed with a business in a long time. I had hoped that this would be an easy local place for picking up a quick bite, but I can't imagine going back unless they get their act together.
