I have never seen such terrible service anywhere! I received a certificate to this spa center as a gift on the forum. At the reception, they took pictures of our documents and us personally on the private (!) phone of an administration employee. It's as if they have such rules, which are not written down either on the website or in social networks, nor is the manager who contacts you warning about it in advance. This is written in the guest contract, which you sign on the spot, but in addition to this, they charge you a deposit of UAH 1,000, which is not even mentioned in this contract. This is just such a joke, which they are not going to write down even in the contract, because as the administrator Olena told us, "the price of the deposit varies at the discretion of the administration." If you don't like it, you can leave) Next is better. In the bar menu, tea in a teapot with the indicated volume of 800 ml will not be served to you. The waiter with the sad eyes of the cat from Shrek confirmed this. Why can't the menu then be changed so as not to confuse customers who are focused on a completely different output of the drink. These are such little things, but after paying so much for tea and with a deposit, I just don't want to waste my time here and recommend this place to my friends. Further, our campaign did not end with this. On the way out, at the cash desk, where we were supposed to return our deposits, the cashier did not want to give me the cash with which I paid this deposit at the cash desk. It was fundamental for me, but due to the fact that she made the wrong payment and refused to solve this issue, she simply told us that she could return it to the card, and if you need it, then you withdraw it yourself. That is, because of her negligence, I have to run around the city with a friend to withdraw cash. Separately, I would like to highlight the fact that after we left, the cashier demonstratively discussed and scolded us with the administrators at the reception. It's a smash. The treatment of people here is simply terrible on the part of the administration. Bottom line: don't go there, so as not to spoil your nerves and waste your time on morons
