..... 14 days.... 14 days I've been waiting and thinking to write a more objective review. Location 10 cum laude....after all, Cella Monte is beautiful in its own right.... Staff..... Staff??? Is there or can it be defined as such???.... I'm just saying that since she (the waitress) was hot, she did nothing but open the windows on one of the first cold evenings, saying that it was better to "change the air"..... Oh well he will be at home!!!! The menu, speaking of a Saturday evening, despite being limited was still lacking in some things, others were replaced but that still makes no sense..... We were a table of 8 and the only things appreciated among the various requests were the vitello with tuna sauce and a "stracciato" and not tuna with rabbit!!!!!..... The vegetables!!!!, the vegetables..... But why sauté ready-made vegetables or similar, when we only have farmer's vegetables on hand.... The wines are nothing special, we are in an area where you really have to go and look for bad wine.... But let's get to what really made the kitchen and the chef fall into the deepest disdain of the kitchen..... The "fake meliga biscuits, with even more fake zabaino"..... In short, you are in Piedmont, you are in Cellamonte and if you don't want to cook certain things properly don't do them.... Or at least write (generic) biscuits with COLD cream on the menu!!!!! of packaged eggnog..... I didn't remember something like this since kindergarten in the 80s...... We get to the bill...... CA.. RI.. SSSSSSI.....MOOOO....for the quality and offer of that evening.... It's a shame, a real shame.... But sometimes in addition to looking at the external appearance, we should intervene in the heart of the place.
