Le succès de ce lieu serait impossible sans un personnel instruit. Un service digne est ce que les visiteurs apprécient ici. Il y a une atmosphère douillete à cet endroit.

Worst service ever!!! 4 hours of my life I won't get back! Friendly staff, but horribly un organized and un-efficient! We went with a big group, booked months ahead, our table wasn't ready when we arrived, we sat for an hour and a half before getting to order supper, and our drinks sat empty more than they were full!
They made a huge tip off our table, since the gratuity was calculated in the bill, they certainly didn't deserve it!

Came here for a business lunch this week. Service was very friendly and efficient. Rather loud background music if you're trying to have a conversation. Also doesn't help that there were reception problems that had the music cut in and out. Food came out quickly. I had the lunch chicken quesadilla. Not very memorable.

Came here for the first time on a dinner date more than a year ago. It was great because my date was amazing, but the food was just okay, nothing special. The service was good, but the food wasn't impressive. No photos from this day.

Went again for lunch a few months ago with some friends (their choice). Again, the service was good (a bit slow, but they were busy), but the food was just okay. I kept feeling like I could make similar things at home.

2nd Ave Grill must think their food is amazing though, because they charge as if they're a upscale gourmet restaurant. This place isn't bad enough to be worth avoiding if your dining partner wants to go, but if you're looking for a satisfying meal, there are better places to go in the city.

Pictured is the steak sandwich. I love cheese, but there was so much of it I had to leave some on the plate. My friend got the portabella burger and it looked soggy.
