We arrived late in Rome and were very hungry. Most restaurants were already closed, and we were just about to head back toward Termini Centrale(Food court) when a service staff member near an Irish pub told us and suggested we try 200 Gradi. He said they were open late and that the panini were “not that bad” and if an Italian tells you that, you trust him. Best advice we could have gotten. The service was excellent; I think her name was Roberta, and she was super nice, cheerful, and welcoming, especially considering how late it was. You could really feel the good energy. We each ordered the roast beef with rockets, and it was exactly what we were looking for , simple, fresh, and full of flavour. After a long travel day, it hit the spot perfectly. It was my fourth time in Rome, but my partner’s first, and this was our very first night in the city. Thanks to this place, the trip already started on a great note. Definitely a spot I’d go back to.
