NO PLACE even though WE MADE OUR RESERVATION ONLINE Booked a table of two, but when I arrived the place was fully reserved by a family event or something. The owner appeared and said they don’t know if we still want to eat here. Very very noisy. So we didn’t finish up eating here as it was very noisy and everyone seemed so so busy. It was such a waste of time for me. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

That's not true. We fixed a table for you and you left without noticing. We are busy place. It's not a private place for you.

I am confused by all the five star reviews. Overall this place was an overpriced disappointment. The good? The warm bread, the caesar salad, and the fries were all fantastic, and the servers were kind and trying hard even though they lacked polish. Interior was also lovely and comfortable. The bad? The porterhouse was tough and flavourless, and receiving one piece of broccoli and HALF a carrot on the side was laughable I guess? The ugly? Overcooked and even burnt steak, and a burnt monte carlo potato were unforgivable from a high end steakhouse imo. The owners have a lot of work to do if they want to attract repeat customers. I hope they can. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I called Fri night requesting if I needed a reservation. The man who answered the phone answered « OH YES ». Got there at 7:00 prime time, he LIED, restaurant was empty except for 1 other table. The man was the only employee on the floor. Answered phone, maître D, server, busboy, etc. I switched my side of Monte Carlo potato to French fries. My son didn’t want a side. He brought 2 Monte Carlo potatoes and my FF. he blamed it on me for changing my order and mixing him up. Slap in my face. Force sale was my take. Did his best to serve us as two other smaller tables arrived. He darted in and out to us, spoke rapidly and walked away promptly. Was not sincere but an obligation. Stressing as he had to attend to others. Shame food is good and atmosphere fine. Business must be hard Ashe can’t afford to hire a second worker on a Friday night ! Not the way to operate a business. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
