On vous offrira un vin délicieux. Comme les invités le disent dans leurs commentaires, un thé offert dans Lokaal est immense.
Ce lieu est si bien placé qu'on peut y accéder en utilisant n'importe quel transport. Un personnel accueillant vous recevra chez cet endroit tout au long l'année. Un service sympa est ce que les clients aiment ici. Vous apprécierez un décor beau et une ambiance spectaculaire à ce restaurant. Les utilisateurs de Google accordent un score de 4.3 à Lokaal.

The room needs maintenance! 2 windows were broken. Paint was peeling off the window frames. There were tiles missing in the bathroom. This was solved in the shower by sticking duct tape over it. The button of the sauna was broken. The toilet bidet did not work 9 out of 10 times. Furniture was sagging and uncomfortable. The bench was sloppily repaired. Lampshade was filthy. For this price I expect better quality! Rooms: Needs maintenance!! Rooms: 1 Service: 3 Location: 5

A hotel with a split personality!The hotel from the front has an imposing facade, which immediately gives an impression of luxury and opulence. Walking onto the terrace and beyond into the bar and restaurant further underlines the feeling of quality and modern decor. Indeed, during our stay we were always made to feel welcome and well catered for with very attentive service from the waiting staff, particularly from the effervescent Simona, and her colleague Tom. The food and beverages definitely did not disappoint. So a big tick for the catering!Approaching the hotel from the rear, however, was a different story. The grounds looked uncared for and the approach to the reception area was in need of some serious sprucing up. The dispiriting apprehension on first entering the lobby was further emphasized for us when confronted with face level computer monitors behind which one presumed were the receptionists. And computer cables dangling from the ceiling.....seriously? On enquiring where to park the car, a casual " just over the road" didn't really cut it for us, but anyway we eventually managed to find the parking area by ourselves. N.B. not all of the receptionists were so flippant and quite a few were very professional and helpful, but the general level of assistance given could not be described as consistent, and some of our requests were unfortunately not passed on. Some staff training required, perhaps?The elevator which took us up to the second floor was very old, definitely not state of the art.....was it driven by steam? But our biggest disappointment was the room (210).First impressions of room 210 were that it needed decorating and re-furnishing. There was no wardrobe, but a single iron bar to hang our clothes on....... directly above the tea and coffee machines!....seriously? The bedside tables looked like they'd come from a junk shop, and the shutters were shabby and broken. The bare floorboards were crying out for a rug. The toilet and washing area was a mish-mash of recycled(?) fittings, and the open-plan design of the space afforded one precious little privacy.....not sexy at all. Thankfully the TV and Aircon worked well.So, in conclusion, if asked whether we would recommend staying at Villa Ruimzicht? Maybe a good one night stop-off if you are going on somewhere else to stay, and you will be be impressed by the various menus that are available if you choose to partake....the food and service were excellent.But don't be taken in by the hype of the accommodation on offer. The obvious investment that has been lavished on the catering side of the business, has been sadly lacking elsewhere. We would love to see the place in five/ten years time when the hotel has been totally developed, but at present, we would advise that you give it a wide berth, and if you must stay here, don't book for a week, like we did!Robert and Hazel Smith (Salisbury, England)
