Thursday on Tour. We were already enthusiastic about Eb & Vloed, the restaurant at De Juliana Hoeve, so we thought why not try Foodcourt 42, the cafeteria of this camping and beach resort. The culinary landscape is wider than just the walking path, so why not take a look in the bushes. And I have to say, for an occasion like this, we were once again pleasantly surprised. Of course it's about getting value for your money. And that is certainly the case. A friendly welcome, so happy in advance. Hertog-Jan Weizen with an English foam layer. And a well-filled pizza. Many Sicilians would of course turn in their graves over a Chicken BBQ pizza, but I was looking forward to it. Muriël's pizza could have been a little more filling. Now the pizza filling ratio was slightly out of balance. One point for improvement, the pizza cooled down quickly so I suspect a (too) cold plate. Ok and now the conclusion. Is the pizza restaurant level like La Strada or De Pizzeria in Zierikzee? No, not that. Was it tasty and value for money, definitely. After a busy day of camping, this would be a good place to relax. We were waved goodbye again and we once again left this park with a satisfied feeling. Just in time before the horror winter weather broke out...
