We keep coming back here whenever we are in the area, always spending lots of money yet the negative review is due to their 'washing off attitude' towards items which are not made by their own company. I purchased a product recommended by one of the pharmacists yet it gave me a complete negative reaction in a short time, despite working for a very long time to improve the condition of my nail. Having experimented with all kind of products in the past, I assumed, the product containing Undecylenic acid, new to the market, would give me a good result. Zehrs said they cannot refund me and asked to email the company listed on the product: M C P McCaughey consumer products management, so I emailed their Customer service, since they do not answer their phones yet heard nothing for 2 weeks. I called an accounts number after 2 weeks to speak with Lori Benevides who said she will take action: meaning, she passed my info onto the USA pharmaceutical company without even telling me and asking all kind of completely irrelevant information on top of that, as the one I carefully passed onto her including pics was not enough. The USA company could not help in Canada though (as Zehrs did not want to refund the item based on receipt I kept as it is not their product - so basically 30 days money back guarantee does not work here: is like wild wild west) so emailed Lori again twice. Every single time she did not bother to respond with one of her monosyllabic, un-professional messages as if written by a teenager. Shame on you MCP McCaughey and shame on you Zehrs! You like taking money, affecting our health standards and do nothing in return. There is no place for your mind set money grabbing attitude in this time and age.

Great selection decent prices. The store is well set up I just wouldn’t use the pharmacy they aren’t the best to deal with. They are extremely busy all the time it seems so things are slow to happen and then when you ask for a specific name brand they still give you want they want and say tough luck. I had to pay $38 for a product I didn’t even want and told them before they filled the prescription exactly what I wanted and they said ok and proceeded to still give me the wrong product
