The worst service I ever had. We were waiting for food more than 1 hour and when we ask what is happening with our order, the waitress told us that kitchen said they can not prepare it. Our kid was very hungry and nobody cares about that. We ordered also 6 Coca Cola, they had just 4. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. Complete disorganization, with rude and highly unprofessional staff. We waited over an hour for our order, only to be told—after repeatedly asking—that the kitchen was unable to prepare our food at all. Total chaos and zero respect for guests. We ordered 6 Coca-Colas, but were informed they only had 4. Completely unacceptable for a place like this. The bill was outrageous: 4 Coca-Colas, 2 Fantas, 3 papanasi and 1 cheesecake — €110. Soft drinks at €7 and desserts at €15. Prices are entirely unjustified and not even remotely matched by the quality or service. A complete waste of time and money. Recommendation: avoid at all costs. This place is a perfect example of how NOT to treat customers — even one star is too generous. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: lei 100–120
