Vous aurez de bons souvenirs de Wendy's car il est connu pour avoir un bon service et une équipe aimable, toujours prête à vous aider. On peut s'attendre à un prix abordable dans ce lieu. Une atmosphère sympa a été remarquée par les clients. Mais cet endroit n'est pas hautement estimé par les utilisateurs de Google qui lui donnent une note en dessous de la moyenne.

It’s going to be a hit or MAJOR MISS here. What do you expect? It’s minimum wage workers with big egos. It’s a difficult job with all the food apps. To top it off there’s a drive thru and mobile apps. It’s not what it use to be. But they do have a spacious seating area. That’s a bonus. When I was at the cashier and asked I like to order a JBC, she replied, what is that? She definitely wasn’t new I came to this location many times. I only ordered up front because their app wasn’t working. But to be fair, whenever there is an issue, I’ve always had a better experience with the staff re-making the order. That’s an extra star gained. I don’t think they are incompetent workers like what others are saying. I think they just need more direction. They have a care free I don’t care slouchy attitudes but all of a sudden when there’s an issue and the lines and online orders build up, they fix it right away. Like I said, what can you do? Not many people work these types of jobs anymore. Would you? Just hold the manager responsible and if the manager doesn’t do anything request the franchise owners contact. And if that doesn’t work contact costal health. They have all the info. So far I haven’t needed to use the owners contact yet. The most incompetent staff and worst Wendy's experience I've ever had. I had to wait several minutes for somebody to even acknowledge me waiting at the counter. Then when taking my order the person had trouble with the concept of "no onions". Then when I was handed my cup, the drink machine was booting up and after a long wait it just froze and never worked. Got home with my order and they forgot the fries! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
