I would have liked to know which dish you ordered. EXAMPLE: Some like our noodle soups with lots of herbs, leeks and coriander, some like spicy soy oyster sauce. For the dish: rice noodle with salad and etc., like with spring rolls, if you forget to add the sauce that is extra packed in the box, then it tastes like nothing. Normally the dish in our store is a bowl dish, where you mix the sauce into the bowl. Please never compare that a meal served on a plate and a meal packaged in cardboard taste very different. Well, I think there must be a misunderstanding here, as our Vunderbar concept has existed for 5 years. We have moved to Südstadt since October 17th, 2024 and a lot of things are new and mistakes can happen. It would be great if you came by and discussed this with us personally. We are ready for any criticism and are responsible for it. BUT!!! The fact that we forced them to pay in cash must really be a mistake. In the menu and everywhere it says!!!! CARD PAYMENT ONLY FROM EUR 15!!!! If your order does not reach 15 euros, you must pay in cash. But forcing people to pay in cash is something we don't do and we've never done that since our Vunderbar concept was in existence for five years. There must be a total mistake here too. You are only forced to use cash if the card payment terminal is out of service, but that hasn't been the case since it opened. Now about the portions!! Our portions have always been like this for 5 years. But if you've never eaten or ordered from us before, then of course you don't know our concept. The preparation of our dishes is fresh and requires a lot of effort. We are a restaurant concept and not a fast food concept. The price is very fair for what we offer. Please give a fair opinion and also consider the criteria of these concepts. If you want to properly clarify the problem with your complaint, I would be very happy for you to come to our Vunderbar.
