If I could give this restaurant less stars I would. We called the reception (of a 5 star hotel) and they didn't even know if the restaurant was open or not. The table wasn't set when we arrived for our booking and we had to ask twice for serviettes and then still stand up to collect our own. They gave us the wrong drinks. They took our order but didn't have the Oysters we asked for. The seared scallops were raw and cold on the inside. The lobster salad was overpowered by japanese pink ginger which is meant to be a palate cleanser for sushi and not an ingredient in a salad. The duck was too salty and no balance of sweetness or sourness required for a duck breast. The server knew that my partner was gluten intolerant and made no effort to accommodate. Gave her a gluten biscuit with her hot chocolate at the end. Made no effort to explain the menu in what did and didn't have gluten and frankly probably didn't know what gluten even was. For a five star hotel this is seriously lacking in service and the food is well below par. Based on the experience I wouldn't dine or stay at the hotel again. Food: 1 Service: 1

Situated in the heart of the Baltic Beach Hotel, the View is an absolutely stunning restaurant with an incredible atmosphere, exceptional staff and spectacular food. Together with world class entertainment and a brilliant ambience this is a fantastic all round dining experience, I highly recommend it! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
