Everything there was great, but just one thing I was hoping for. The outdoor seating is wonderful, picnic tables and everything. If the picnic tables could have some shade for those bright hot sunny days, I would 100% consider getting ice-cream to cool down at a table with an umbrella. Here's a little story about the people that "got banned" from Vicky's Drive Inn. This woman in question ordered not once, not twice, not even three times but almost 10 times in the last 2 years and each and every time found something wrong with her order. Not only did the Staff at Vicky's apologize for not making the burger to her liking but ALWAYS made it right by offering a refund or to re-make the food. Now I ask you this..... If someone ate at an establishment, and EVERY TIME they ate at that restaurant they found that they did not enjoy the food that they received, WHY would they continue to eat there? Ill ask another question: If someone did not enjoy the food that they received, would they not call and let the staff know promptly so as to rectify the situation as soon as possible? Well in these situations, the customer did not call to complain until hours AFTER THE FOOD WAS EATEN so it was conveniently unable to be returned. Also WHY WOULD THEY CONTINUE TO EAT THERE? If I was the owner of this restaurant I would absolutely refuse to continue to make a second meal every time they ordered. This is a the customer is always right situation that has gone on too far and the business needs to do something. Whats worse is now she has recruited others to "review" this restaurant the same way.I have been a customer of Vicky's for many years, I know how much they love the community and are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers, and this type of immaturity is completely uncalled for. These types of people are keyboard warriors that would be willing to try and ruin the reputation of a local staple, because the meal ticket ran out. I URGE YOU to give Vicky's a chance or even just scroll through the reviews that aren't consistent with the trash review that this picky freeloading customer and her minions have written, and you will see why Vickys has been around for over 15 years in this town and will continue to serve the community with awesome freshly cooked foods!To the so called banned one....you need to either get a life or maybe find somewhere else to leech off of, because this town doesn't operate like that
