Food wasn’t very tasty. Pizza wasn’t good. Ice cream also wasn’t good at all. Table water was with some sweetener which tasted weirdly. Service was ok. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: €20–30

Episode One. We came for dinner on the first day. The restaurant was about 30% full. Most of the waiters were standing behind the bar, chatting among themselves. We were standing there with small children, waiting for someone to notice us. No one did. I finally approached the bar directly - full eye-contact avoidance. After a while, we managed to figure out that we were supposed to just sit at any table and someone would come. We ordered, waited quite a long time, and eventually got our food. Overall, the food was decent — a solid 7 out of 10. The only issue was with the kids’ menu. We ordered “children’s sausages” and got half of one large sausage - definitely not what you expect when you order something called children’s sausages. The soup never arrived at all. Episode Two. Lunch the next day. Not fast, but at least a waiter came and took our order. Again, long waiting time. When the food finally came, instead of the kids’ pasta, they brought a kids’ pizza. To be fair, they admitted the mistake right away, told us to keep the pizza, and didn’t charge for it. Episode Three. Dinner. The restaurant was busy. We sat down and waited for someone to take our order. Twenty minutes later, we noticed that some guests were going up to the bar to order. We did the same and waited again until someone finally paid attention to us. When we asked why no one had taken our order, they said they hadn’t seen us - and then started laughing. When we asked what was funny, we got no clear answer. Then they claimed we were lying about waiting 20 minutes, until a guest at the next table stepped in and said we had indeed been there for quite a while. The waiter and manager just shrugged and kept laughing. Whatever that was supposed to be - it was completely unprofessional. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
