C était un peu décevant les portions étaient petites et on a même une carte pour les boissons de plus le serveur oubliait souvent nos demandes mais bon cela est pas grave c est un étudiant et c était l heure de pointe et pour un restaurant italien c était que du poisson et 3 sorte de pâte à la tomate et les al ragoût était pas exceptionnel franchement je recommande pas trop. Ristorante Vela Blu in Misano is a seaside dream come true. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. The setting is stunning—right by the water with a relaxed elegance that perfectly captures the spirit of the Adriatic coast. And the food? Absolutely unforgettable. Every dish was a masterclass in simplicity and flavor. We went heavy on the seafood, and each plate was fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced. The crudo melted in our mouths, the pasta with clams and bottarga was a flavor explosion, and the grilled fish was cooked to absolute perfection. What really elevated the night was the genuine hospitality—warm, welcoming, and full of pride for what they serve. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and guided us through the menu like we were longtime friends. It felt like more than a meal; it felt like being invited into someone’s home and being treated to the best of what the coast has to offer. Ristorante Vela Blu is everything you hope for in an Italian dining experience—beautiful food, a stunning setting, and heartfelt service. Five stars, without hesitation.
