What a pity. This bar and grill would be a fabulous place if not for the annoying racket. The sound system is garbage and has not changed over the years. I must say our server was fantastic. The power bowl with steak and shrimp tasted great. This place though is an atmosphere killer. For that alone I would not highly recommend this place. I want to share with everyone about my experience at Turtle Jack's Upper Centennial, tonight my sister treated me to dinner (for my birthday) and our waitress was absolutely amazing Her name was Ali (Alicia's her full name ) and hands down she was the best waitress I have ever had serve us ! Just by her friendly ,caring and super funny personality made my visit personable and one I will remember Ali went out of her way to treat me like a queen on my birthday ( she even surprised me with a couple of treats .... but I will keep that our little secret) Ali is such a good server and person ,I could go on for days about her! Now I also need to share my thoughts on the food , I had the steak with shrimp in cream sauce and I'm not kidding when I say this food was unreal ,melted in my mouth ! Best cooked steak and the taste was incomparable, I savoured every bite ! I highly recommend you go to this Turtle Jack's AND MAKE SURE TO SAY HI TO ALI I just love this girl ,she made my night. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$90–100
