We had to wait for 1:20 mins for our main dish. Sausages on three pizza was raw. Waiters are so chaotic Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: kr 300–400 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I was at Trapo yesterday and experienced the worst service. I asked the waiter if I could exchange one of the ingredients on a pizza for another, as I can't stand mushrooms. She replied that she could scrape the mushrooms off the pizza after it was made and then put extra toppings on it for a fee. I said I didn't want extra toppings on the pizza for a fee and she confirmed this. Then when she came back with our food she told us that extra prosciutto had been added to the pizza. I thought that it must be to provide good service in relation to the mushrooms, since as I said I should not have extra filling for payment. When we got the bill, they had taken DKK 25 extra for the pizza, and in addition we could only pay separately for a fee. It created a super awkward and embarrassing situation for the company, and it was all paid for together. I cannot recommend Trapo in any way. They are not service minded and charge extra for the smallest things. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
