'Tiziano' is an eye-catching place for eating ice cream which is located in Stadtgalerie shopping centre in Schweinfurt in Germany. When we asked about the price of the ice cream, the shop assistant answered in German which we could not understand. Then another shop assistant seemed to be helpful when she started speaking in English. The names of all ice cream were written in German. The shop assistant translated one of them, but when I asked about one more, she told me to look at their names which were in German, and then skipped us rudely and started talking to another customer who was obviously German. We were very disappointed by the lack of customer service and the lack of manners because ice cream itself looked very delicious. We left the place without trying any flavour. It was our first visit to the shopping centre which I rated at five stars, but 'Tiziano' is worth only 1 star because of very poor customer service and ignorance.
