I had to wait over 15 minutes at the drive-thru for my coffee. I understand the long wait, as the store was remodeling and needed to use a coffee truck to accommodate customers. But the fact that they left out sugar for my Dark Roast Double Double really pissed me off. I was already late for my appointment, so I couldn't go back, and since I hate unsweetened coffee, I had to throw it away. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

So, I ordered a black coffee for myself and a pumpkin spice iced latte. Obviously my coffee easy to make. My wife's drink I guess not as easy. I've already ordered the drink multiple times from other Timmies with zero issues. Apparently handing me what looks like an iced coffee more then an inch below the rim was acceptable. I mentioned that it's made wrong or missing something like a foam on top. It looked nothing like in the photos or from what I've received from other Tim Hortons. So what the guy did was put a whipped tipping on it and a pumpkin shot. Needless to say it was wrong again. But another employee some black haired younger looking woman yells at me it's made right. It was not, but I was in drive thru for about 5mins already and just wanted to leave. I took it home the wife tried it and says it's so gross. I tried it and it tasted like burnt poop. It was the worst drink I think I have ever had. I reached out to then for the owner to tell me I'm wrong again. I ended up dumping the drink down the sink and went to Starbucks to get a real pumpkin spiced iced latte for the wife. Anyways I'll never be back to that Tim Hortons again. Which kind of sucks because I drive by it everyday and used to be a daily user of this location. Now I'll wait till Cambridge and get what I want. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
