I recently visited this Tim Hortons location through the drive-thru, and I’m pretty disappointed with my experience. I ordered a Double Double, and it was confirmed on the screen. However, when I finally got back to my store and opened my cup, I found out they gave me a black chai tea instead. Unfortunately, I was already back at work and couldn’t leave again to get it corrected, as I had locked my store to get the tea in the first place. This location is the closest to my store, which is the only reason I go there, but they consistently make mistakes like this. While I understand that it can be busy, there’s always enough staff on hand. I don’t even expect much interaction—no one says hello or thanks, which I can deal with—but I do expect my order to be right. Please pay more attention to the orders you’re preparing.
