    Everything the rolling pin makes is delicious! Their banana cream pie is a family favourite that we order for every family gathering. They recently did a custom cake for me on very very short notice and were so helpful and accommodating. The was delicious and beautiful, thank you Rolling Pin! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

    Not sure when they started selling frozen pies, but if that's what is going to be given to people, it should absolutely be conveyed that you're buying something that's a block of ice, and the price should be lower than something that is freshly baked, like at any establishment that offers fresh vs frozen. $35 for a pie that my family can't even eat 2 hours after purchasing is not what I'd call a good experience.

Unfortunately, we recently had an unexpected issue with our fridge that affected a few of our baked items, including some of our pies. It wasn’t just your order that was impacted, a few of our cakes were also affected before we were able to catch the issue.Other customers who experienced this came directly to our shop and let us know right away, which helped us identify the problem sooner, bring in a repair technician, and get everything fixed as quickly as possible.We truly wish you had reached out to us directly instead of leaving a negative Google review. As a small local business that bakes everything from scratch, reviews like that can really hurt us, especially when we’re always happy to make things right for our customers.Out of curiosity, do you shop at big box stores that sell their items frozen? Most of those products arrive that way, unlike ours which are always made fresh in-house. This situation was a rare equipment failure, not a reflection of how we normally operate. None the less thank you for letting us know.
