I ordered online, paid went to pick my order but the restaurant was closed. (See letter sticking out of the door) And no one was answering my calls! They then marked my order as complete, 3 hours later despite me not having picked it! And now the cat and mouse games of getting a refund is on. Service: Takeaway Food: 1 Service: 1

My wife ordered here last night and well, it was the last time. Quality lately has been a bit on/off but this time was a bit too far. The good: - order was delivered in a reasonable timeframe (this is more thanks to Uber Eats than the Ribhouse) The bad: - XXL Awesome Sauce was missing from order - Ribs were still raw on the inside (certain places I would trust with pink pork meat but this is not one of them) - Onion rings and sweet potato fries needed at least 5mins longer in the fryer and were not what I'd call cooked - Uber Eats only refunded the ribs when really the whole order should have been refunded given this piss poor showing All in all, not worth it anymore. Save your money and order elsewhere. Even if you get lucky and the meat is actually cooked, it's still not as good as how it used to be a few years ago.
