Good sandwiches, fresh food. Prices are quite high but that is always the case at airports.

Very limited (and unhealthy) options for breakfast for vegetarians (croissant or sandwich with industrial cheese or a cheese roll) and the employees are not able to maintain all options coffee is also from a machine so no possibility to have latte with dairy-free options. Amsterdam-Schiphol is one of the best European airports, and this also applies to its gastronomy. "The Med" is an example of this: bright and friendly, fresh products, fair prices, spacious seating areas. The aim here is to offer service to travelers and not to deal with walk-in customers.
