I am incredibly disappointed and upset with my experience at The Main. I went specifically for the happy hour special to enjoy some drinks and snacks with a couple of friends. The food was great, but the service was awful. I ordered a plate of wings, calamari, and three glasses of wine, thinking I was ordering from the happy hour menu. When the waitress took our order, she asked what type of wine we wanted, and we made our selection. To our shock, we later discovered that the waitress had entered our order at regular prices instead of the happy hour prices, which meant we had to pay full price for both the food and drinks. She failed to inform us that the wines we selected were not part of the happy hour special, which was incredibly deceptive. I felt like I was deliberately misled. When we brought this to the waitress’s attention, she didn’t even apologize or offer any kind of compensation, which I found rude and unprofessional. If The Main continues to operate with such deceptive business practices, I strongly urge them to resolve this issue immediately to prevent other customers from having the same unpleasant experience. Thanks for your review! Our happy hour menu is very clear. It says the prices, times, items that are on offer. It is one clear page at the front part of the bar menu. Listing very clearly the food items on the left and the drinks offered on the right. People come in and out every day since 1997 and order from all parts of the menu at different parts of the day. Happy hour is from 3pm to 6pm and the menu is as stated. We also have a Late Night Happy Hour menu from 9:30 to close on Sunday to Wednesday and from 10:30 to close on Thursday to Saturday. Please do come and enjoy then too! Thanks for your patronage!
