This was my first time visiting The Fish Man and it won't be my last. The menu had so many items I wanted to try, but, unfortunately I was only able to try a few dishes. Among those dishes was the Dungeoness Crab and Chinese Sausage Fried Rice. The crabs were cooked and seasoned exceptionally well, with tender and surprisingly a good amount of crab meat. The taste was great but one thing I did wish was better is if it were a bit more juicier. Other than that, the presentation was a sight to behold and again, the portion definitely filled me up. The fried rice was flavorful and aromatic, with slices of savory sausage and crunchy veggies like peas, corns, and onions. Overall, the food was delicious and the service was friendly.
