This used to be my favorite restaurant, but now I’m not sure whether it has changed owners, and the hygiene is really worrying. I went there today before midnight, and the person preparing the food was wearing kitchen gloves while doing everything, including cleaning. While waiting for the food to heat up, he went into the storage room at the back for a while, still wearing the gloves, and then came out and touched my food directly without cleaning his hands or changing gloves. Another employee, also wearing gloves, came to take the payment, and some coins fell into the salad. She picked them out and only wiped the coins, leaving the part of the salad that had been soaked by the coins completely untouched, even though I was standing right there watching. I don’t think the kitchen gloves can self sterilized……
