Adding hot water, the cup is a bit funky with raisin, fresh dark currant and humus; but decafs are nearly always funky in the wet aroma. The cup is complex, with a bright side and a more brooding side.

Columbia Pedegral La Palmera12.99The dry fragrance has dried stone fruit and raisins, as well as brown sugar and walnut. Adding hot water brings up a smell of banana bread in the steam - cinnamon, dark sugar, and sweet nuts, with butterscotch candy on the break.

Rwanda Nyamasheke12.99Green grape was the initial flavor we came across but as the coffee cooled it morphed into juicy asian pear. Raisin and currant were more apparent in the city+ roast. Creamy is without question the dominant descriptor for the mouth feel and the cup has this in spades.

Bolivia Organic Uchumachi12.99Uchumachi is a complex coffee by bolivian standards. The fragrance of the dry grounds is like sweet spice and raisin. The crust was decadent like chocolate cake and even brown sugar while the crust is reminiscent of ripe plum and toasted sugar.
