Just played it for the first time since the rebuild. Love the layout and it was in great shape. A bit on the pricy side. No, practice range, could not have breakfast no practice putting green either. Our tee time was at 10:20. Halfway house expensive however the food was excellent. My goes off to the chef. In order to achieve a 10 the course should offer breakfast lunch and dinner overlooking the beautiful 18th hole. Washroom was nice and clean and well taken care of. I'm saying this as a person who has played a lot of golf over the years. My favorite sport.

I came to the course for July 1st (Canada Day) of 2024. I drove 45 mins with some friends to come to the course as I have previously enjoyed it. However, once I arrived the pro shop attendant wouldn't let my girlfriend walk the course as we were already 4. Ive done this many times before and even offered to pay a walking fee and even a playing fee(for her not to play) as this was so last minute i wouldn't be able to get another tee time. He continued to say that the Marshals wouldn't allow it because it was such a busy day. How does a walker slow the pace of a tee time? I asked politely if he could call the marshal and confirm this verdict, but he refused multiple times insisting i should trust him. What a way to celebrate Canada Day but by ruing someone else's days. What a great way to spend Canada Day in the car driving 1h30 for no golf...

Course is in great shape but the pomposity of everyone working there is silly. Not even a hello or thank you when checking in. Stupid rules like you must leave immediately no matter what hole you are on by 9pm. Rangers on your back when you are playing on pace not holding anyone up. Forcing you to buy new clothes because they don’t like the look of what you are wearing.
