To be honest, I'm a regular at Statement The Kitchen but today the waiter at happy hour was so rude that I spoke to the bar manager afterwards and had to explain this unpleasant situation to him... we were there at happy hour and had our two whistles at 4 :55 got both pipes were clogged and there wasn't a proper draft... after 20 minutes we talked to the waiter about it, he said it was normal that the pipes no longer have any aroma after 30 minutes, in fact he was indiscriminately discussing what we both were saying as regular customers didn't understand and that of course the bar manager explained it straight away... and not even a warm welcome or see you soon from the waiter, which was pretty cheeky of him...
