It's a small, cozy restaurant that's always buzzing with visitors. When you walk in, you're greeted by a friendly hostess, and the bartender comes right over, eager to tell you about the best dishes on the menu and what makes the restaurant special. You definitely need to make a reservation, even if you're coming during the day. The interior has a mysterious, noir vibe, with music that reminds you of the operatic masterpieces from the movie "The Fifth Element." At the entrance, there's a stunning, delicate tree with pink flowers, which, believe it or not, is made of plastic but looks incredibly beautiful! Fantastic place for food and great ambiance. The chef owner will personally serve you and explain to you the different types of food offered on the menu. Fresh ingredients, farm to table, and locally sourced make it a place close to my heart, in the middle of eastern europe that is Kaliningrad. They have an imported bread from Lithuania that is to die for (only thing that is not made locally). We had 5 dishes and every one of them was delicious. They brought an asian twist to russian dishes and the perfect blend of fusion was just the right touch. I was pleasantly surprised, the fusion worked, not overwhelming you with 10 different flavors, but rather the amalgamation of several different flavors that blended quite well. For you pho lovers out there, delicious, pho done well, perfectly seasoned although not traditional vietnamese spices. Not too salty, but full of beef flavor. The chef told us that they simmer the broth for 24 hours. Can you believe this place had pho? Along with bao bao? Who do they think they are? Well, let me tell you, they did a fantastic job. We had a bbq pork style bao, the sauce is quintessentially TEXAS bbq, with cucumber, mayo, and it worked well. I am going to try it when i get back to dallas. We gave it a try and we came out smiling. Thank you. Will surely be back
