It's a shame that they no longer act as a "restaurant" - they lose out on home-cooked, unpretentious and economical cuisine. Wraps, sandwiches and fresh drinks available.
A village restaurant, simply furnished, clean, the restaurant room is also equipped with air conditioning. Excellent if you don't have great demands on service, stain-resistant tablecloths, placemats and paper napkins, a menu that reflects the simplicity and authenticity of the place. Classic home-style trattoria, young, approachable, jovial and helpful staff, informal service. Excellent quality/price as generally befits these family-run establishments in non-touristy towns. We had lunch on Saturday, we could have eaten in the dheor but, being small, it was quite noisy due to several local people having an aperitif, they asked us if we preferred to have lunch inside and they opened the restaurant room for us on purpose and also turned on the air conditioning, just for us! There was a choice between two first courses, three second courses and several side dishes. We took a plate of ravioli (not made by them but of good quality) butter and sage, very abundant and cooked just right, then we took two second courses, a plate full of roast beef cooked to perfection that melted in the mouth, a another dish with three slices of paprika roast, delicious with a delicious sauce, two green salads with tomatoes, a corrected coffee, a quarter of white wine, a liter of microfiltered water (they deserve 5 stars for this choice alone), everything for less than €. 30.00. We will definitely be back!
