Nous venons dans cette hôtel depuis 8 ans est vu la dégringolade cette année !!!! À notre grande surprise le spa nous as était facturé alors que sur notre réservation il est bien écrit offert ils n’on rien voulu savoir ( dommage) Alors oui il on changer leur politique mais sur ma resa c’est bien écrit offert par l’hôtel - le personnel de nuit est très désagréable -plus de petites attentions mini bar vide une vulgaire bouteille d’eau et plus de gaufres locales offerte, avant il passer le soir refaire le lit est déposé une gaufrette sur chaque oreiller c’était très apprécié encore une fois (dommage) -heure du spa changer avant nous avions jusqu’à 23h et là on nous a chassé comme des mal propres - je rejoint beaucoup de commentaires il ne mérite plus leur 5 étoiles je me répète ( dommage) Nous avons pourtant autrefois passer de bon moment, avec regret nous allons changer d’hôtel

Superbe !! Super expérience tant au niveau des équipements, du personnel, du petit déjeuner qui nous en a mit plein les yeux. Le spa est super agréable.

Comme déjà mentionné dans les commentaires précédents : hôtel qui ne mérite pas 5 étoiles mais 4 pas plus. Énormément de frais cachés : - Le parking à presque 20€ par jour un peu incroyable vu la localisation il n’y a aucun autre endroit. - supplément lit bébé à 25€ par nuit. - supplément animal à 35€ la nuit alors qu’ils n’ont même pas fait notre chambre ! Nous avions demandé à ce qu’ils nettoient notre chambre à 8h30 du matin. Nous sommes revenus pour la sieste de notre bébé à 14h15 et elle n’avait toujours pas été faite. Ils sont passé pendant qu’ils dormaient et ont mis un mot disant que nous avions mis que nous ne voulions pas être dérangés et que donc ils n’avaient pas nettoyé la chambre. Incroyable sachant que nous leur avons laissé un laps de temps énorme pour pouvoir faire la chambre. Bref… Le supplément animal a 35€ par nuit dans ce genre de cas me semble honteux. Ils auraient dû faire un geste. La nourriture du bistrot n’était vraiment pas bonne (burger à 22,5€, vraiment mauvais), frites industrielles à 6,5€ la petite portion. Bref vraiment pas top! La réception n’est vraiment pas jolie et pas digne d’un 5 étoiles. Les points positifs : le spa (bien que nous n’ayons pas trouvé l’endroit où nous pouvions prendre des serviettes), les chambres sont assez jolies, le petit dej est correct.
