We are now regular guests because no matter what you take from the "treadmill", it tastes incredibly good. Sushi and the hot/cold dishes were all very tasty and of high quality. The service is excellent, everyone is very friendly. We always like to come back and the 1.5 hours are completely enough for us. You don't have to sit at the beginning of the "treadmill" because the specialties also arrive at the end, as there are always plenty of replenishments and quick replenishments. Our first time running sushi, to grab something to eat before Starlight Express (only a few 100m away): The sushi and the other little things were good, the principle was quickly internalized even for newcomers, although sometimes a surprise comes off the assembly line. You notice that the dishes come on the conveyor belt at certain intervals, so you have to "plan" something, and we've had better quality sushi, but Sakura Bochum is definitely a recommendation!
