Last night, I had the privilege of dining at the Saddleroom Restaurant before the Flames vs the Bruins hockey game. The atmosphere was elegant and sophisticated, perfect for a special occasion. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. The three-course meal, priced at $75, was a little bit pricey for what it was, but I was excited to try the food. The entrée was a AAA Beef Carpaccio, which was a bit fancy but still enjoyable. The presentation was impressive and the flavors were well-balanced. The main meal was a fettuccine with lamb ragout, but I was a little disappointed. It was average in taste and presentation. The ragout was missing a bit of salt, which could have elevated the flavor. Despite this, the dish was still enjoyable, but for the price, I expected a more elevated experience. For dessert, I ordered a mocha cheesecake, which was very small and average in taste. It was a good ending to the meal, but I was hoping for something a bit more memorable. In terms of the additional expenses, parking was $15, which was a bit steep, but it was convenient and close to the restaurant. In conclusion, I had a good experience at the Saddleroom Restaurant, but it was a little bit too expensive for what it was. The service was excellent, but the food was average and not quite worth the price. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for a special occasion or a special treat, but for a regular night out, there may be better options for the price.
